 I have asked my team to complete their pages by the 18/1/12 (person to person) so this way I can start the comparison with the my work in order to meet the dead line at the end.

I have joined my blog with theirs this way I can keep track of their work as well ask them to make any amendment if required. This is important for good communication, this way we can work as a team and complete the tasks on time.
